MOTHER/DAUGHTER GROWING UP CLASS  

This class is intended for girls ages 9-11 and a female adult.  Its focus will be on adolescence, puberty, the reproductive systems and health/hygiene.  Aside from the tuition, $25.00 is paid directly to the educator before the event.  This will cover the class materials, snacks and a gift back for the girls to take home.  Registration is limited to 15 girls.  Jan Mallak is a certified childbirth educator and doula with over 25 years of experience as a sexuality educator.  Instructor may  be reached at 724-327-6063.  Class will be held March 9.

PARENT/SON GROWING UP CLASS

YOGA FOR PARENT AND CHILD

Ages 5 to 13

Stretching exercises called “POSES” to be done in pairs--parent and child--to enable each other to stretch and relax more easily.  Some fun group yoga poses and games are included.  Class begins February 21 at Redstone Highlands, 4953 Cline Hollow Rd., Murrysville.
