BEGINNER GENTLE YOGA

This class teaches the art of yoga combining movements and breathing.  It is a great start for anyone wishing to learn yoga on a gentle scale.  Breathing, stretching and balance are primary in this class.    Class begins February 23 at Dean’s Health and Fitness Center, 4540 Wm. HATHA YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

Stretching exercises called “poses” done in an orderly manner to balance the coordination of the mind and the body.  Controlled breathing techniques to energize the body and relaxation poses to reduce the stress in the body and the mind.  Bring a yoga mat and a towel.  Class begins February 20 at Redstone Highlands, 4953 Cline Hollow Rd., Murrysville.

NEW YOGA (IN THE CHAIR)

Join a yoga class in which movements flow from one to another in conjunction with breath.  Moves will be done in a chair.  Breath with movement offers a natural way to reduce stress.  This style blends strength, balance and flexibility.  Every individual can build a healthy body and obtain a calmer mind with a safe and effective yoga practice.  Class begins February 23 at Dean’s Health & Fitness Center, 4540 Wm. NEW YOGA FLOW
