A TO Z YOGA WITH SAROJA
We’ll do yoga poses such as the aeroplane, butterfly, cat, etc. We will also learn breathing techniques with stretching, bending, twisting and turning movements alternating with balancing, relaxing, cooling and lying down positions. VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa yoga is a flow or dance of positions also called postures or sun salutations, synchronized with your breathing. This class is tailored to everyone from the beginner to advanced participants, allowing you to challenge yourself to your own degree of difficulty. No experience is necessary. YOGA, BEGINNER
Yoga will be introduced at a beginner level providing poses with modifications and more explanation with less complex transitions.
