Summary of legal requirements to protect your interest in buying, selling or leasing property; broker's listing agreement; sales agreement; title examination and insurance; deeds and mortgages; condominium ownership; use restrictions (zoning, subdivision and deed covenants); Landlord and Tenant Act and lease provisions.  Class will be held March 1.

LAW OF WILLS AND ESTATE PLANNING
Legal requirements for a will and estate plan; handwritten wills; consequences of death without a will; status of jointly owned property; guardianship and trust for minor children; tax avoidance trusts; selecting an executor; probate and administration of estate.  Class will be held February 22.
