AN EVENING WITH ROTHSCHILD

Learn the history of this wonderful cheese—Brie.  You will sample unique varieties and learn to prepare the following:  Stuffed Brie, Decandent Brie and Brie Fondue.   Class will be held April 28 at McGinnis Sisters Specialty Store, 4311 N. Pike, Monroeville.

CAKE DECORATING II

Join us for a continuing journey of cake decorating.  This course will build on the introductory skills in course I.  Fondant will be introduced and this course will end with a project of your choice.  Please bring frosted single or double layer cake to first class; extra frosting and decorating supplies provided in course I.  Material fee of $12.00 will be collected at the first class.  Class begins February 22 at Spinola’s Bake Shop, 3845 Old Wm. Penn Hwy., Murrysville.
