APRIL IN PARIS: AN EXPLORATION OF FRENCH CHEESE

This hands-on class uses standard ingredients in the kitchen, menus and resources for recipes.  Class I focuses on lunch and dinners.  Class II focuses on snacks and desserts (without added oil and sugar).  Suggested recipes—Banana Bread and Chocolate delights.    Tuition includes cost of materials.  Class begins April 9.
