BREAD BAKING, BEGINNING
This is for the person who has never made bread before, but wants to learn. Classes will cover general equipment, ingredients, techniques, along with avoiding the usual pitfalls encountered in the bread baking process. Students will make two breads: a quick bread and a traditional yeast bread. Tuition includes cost of materials. Class begins February 22.
